The tropical-forest-like Brazil Pavilion shows off the cultural diversity and dynamism of Brazilian cities with the theme "Pulsing Cities: Feel the Life of Brazilian Cities." At Brazil Pavilion World Expo 2010 Shanghai China, Brazil invites visitors to touch upon the beat and pulse of its cities. The architectural project of the pavilion was conceived to present visitors with an interactive virtual show, based on audiovisual stimuli using existing models in Brazil, such as the Portuguese Language Museum and Football Museum, for example.
Highlight 1: Eco-friendly Building
The structure of Brazil Pavilion World Expo 2010 Shanghai China features a rectangular pavilion covered by green intersecting wooden lace, a recyclable wood material.
Highlight 2: Virtual Football Game
Displayed on an external LED screen, an interactive football game will be staged with virtual football players. Visitors at Brazil Pavilion World Expo 2010 Shanghai China will be able to control players from their personal cell phones. There will be a number on the screen and a message inviting people to call. Each person who calls will automatically be connected to a player and will be able to move the players to right and left using the cell phone keys, aiming to score goals and win the game.
Highlight 3: Urban Scenes Room
The "Urban Scenes Room" of Brazil Pavilion World Expo 2010 Shanghai China aims to show visitors urban scenes of Brazil and thematic fortnights related to tourist destinations located in the host cities of the 2014 World Cup. It presents images of a modern Brazil through a virtual mosaic. A main video, two minutes in length, will also be shown on a large curved screen, highlighting Brazilians' transition to city life.
Highlight 4: Brazilian Happiness Room
In this room, Brazil Pavilion World Expo 2010 Shanghai China, there will be a large curved screen (180 degrees) showing images of football, volleyball and sports fans, as well as images of carnivals and festivals.
Highlight 5: Pulsing Cities Room
A large panoramic widescreen made up of four unique horizontal squares marks the main feature of the room and conveys the concept of the pavilion to visitors. Meanwhile, football stars may appear at the pavilion, and games of the Brazilian team at 2010 FIFA World Cup South Africa will be broadcast live on screens in the Brazil Pavilion World Expo 2010 Shanghai China pavilion.

Vale appointed official sponsor of Brazil Pavilion
Brazil Pavilion News - World Expo Shanghai 2010 :
Vale, a Brazil-based multinational mining corporation, has been appointed as an official sponsor of the Brazil Pavilion at the 2010 World Expo Shangai.
As the largest supplier of iron ore to China, Vale has eight joint ventures with Chinese companies in pellet-making, nickel and coal.
With the theme "Pulsing Cities: Feel the Life of Brazilian Cities," the Brazil Pavilion will use video screens to show a panoramic image of its cities, traditional festivities as well as its famous football sports as the host country for the 2014 FIFA World Cup.
The pavilion at The World Expo Shanghai 2010 will highlight the transformation of Brazilian cities in search of urban solutions that result in sustainable development and wellbeing for citizens.
It will be covered by green intersecting wooden lacework.
